Directors and Key Personnel 

S. Anthony (Tony) Larson, CEO of bVisual Group Limited, Ireland and bVisual SA, Panama. Tony has strong leadership and motivational abilities, exceptional organizational skills and vast experience with corporate capitalization, structure and planning.  Tony served as Director of Engineering for Dynamote Corp. in Seattle, WA, from 1971-1975, contributing to the company’s growth from $200,000 to $1.5 million in sales.  He founded Pacer Corporation, Bellevue, WA which was funded by Cable and Howse Ventures and went public in 1985. Tony served as Pacer’s CEO and President from 1976-1983. He retired in 1998 and then left retirement in 2005 when he co-founded bVisual.

John T. Moran, Chairman of Board, Director and, VP of bVisual Group, Ltd., is the owner operator of Boundary Point Enterprises, LLC, a multi-use Corporation designed to facilitate financial, property management and investment strategies.  Prior to re-locating to Oroville in 2003, John had been involved in the telecommunications industry for 27 years, with his primary interest in splicing and testing of fiber optic networks nationwide.  This involvement paralleled the advancement of fiber optic networking from its infancy culminating in John being the co-owner/founder of Network Communications Service from 1992 to 2000.  NCS was the largest fiber optic splicing contractor in the western United States, eventually being acquired by Quanta Services.  John’s wide experience has included contracts with all nationwide telecommunication carriers, local and national electrical utilities, cable TV operators, universities, municipalities, private business and numerous branches of the government and military.  

Brian Larson, Corporate Secretary and Vice-President of Technology for bVisual Group Limited, Ireland and bVisual SA, Panama.  From 1998 - 2002 Brian sold promotional advertising in Seattle, Denver and Los Angeles. Brian set many sales records and was awarded “National Salesman of the Year” in 1999.  In 2004 Brian co-founded Inspired University, an online school for network marketers and self improvement.

Dugan J. Henderson, Director and VP Operations - a small businessman in a small town, specializing in government contract services. From 1975 to 1978, he was a volunteer minister in the city of New York.  In 1978 Dugan started up the corporate ladder of Manufacturers Hanover Bank, including officers training program.  In 1979, he returned to the Northwest and worked a variety of jobs, including construction, mining, shipbuilding at Todd shipyard, commercial fishing, and the logging industry. From 1984 to 2003, Dugan was a government contractor through GSA for Customs, Immigration and Border Patrol, performing contract building maintenance. From 2003 to 2008, Dugan was the care provider for his elderly father and mother.  Dugan is a past elected school board director for the Oroville school district. 

Vaughn Range, Director and VP of bVisual Group, Ltd., owner/operator Range Excavation LLC, Tonasket Wash., for 20 years.

Virgil E. Newton, Director and VP of bVisual Group, Ltd., Thirty five years in the telecommunications field with increasing job responsibilities with familiar names like GTE, Contel, Fremont Telcom and Syringa Networks. He retired in 2001. Virgil owned and operated Loomis Qwik Stop for over six years.  He served as Director of the Loomis Water Users Association, Tonasket School District 404, Okanogan County Association of Snowmobile Clubs, President of 206 Snowmobile Club, Loomis Community Club, member of Everson Lions Club, Tonasket Kiwanis Club, Okanogan County Search and Rescue. He graduated from Tonasket High School and attended Eastern Washington State College. 

Kenneth E. Neal, is Vice President of Business Development. Ken has over 35 years of business experience in a variety of areas.  Ken was the founder of Gold Hill Energy Co., a renewable energy sales company; he owned and operated several other small businesses, including the Town Pump, a specialty automotive repair shop, and Showcase Home Video, whose two outlets in Tonasket & Oroville were the first video rental stores in Okanogan County.   Ken has experience in advertising and as a sports writer/photographer, gained while working for the Okanogan Valley Gazette-Tribune; he has been a sports announcer on a local radio station; sold life insurance and annuities with Equitable Insurance of Iowa in their Oroville office; managed Just Ask Rentals, an equipment rental & sales store; and has many years of retail sales experience.  He has been an organic Asian Pear grower for more than 15 years, and most recently was owner of two restaurants: The Peerless Restaurant & Lounge, an upscale dining facility and popular night spot in Oroville; and The Hornet’s Nest, an independent fast food restaurant.  Ken attended Valley Forge Military Academy and the University of Washington. 

Samuel R. Peacemaker, bVisual's® Marketing Partner, Got his start at age 16 in the printing and advertising field, running a printing press. He quickly moved into the sales and marketing department of a large printing and advertising firm with a client base of primarily the hospitality industry. At age 22, he owned and operated his own printing and advertising company. Well positioned in the marketplace, he sold his business to a competitor after four years, at which time he purchased his first Arabian horse and established a respected breeding operation with national champions and international sales. At that same time, he started a plumbing and excavation company, which after ten years grew to be the largest in Denver, Colorado. In 2009, he sold controlling interest in his company to a large Chicago firm. Over the years, with profits from his plumbing company he developed real estate from raw land, installing complete infrastructures, and selling completed subdivisions.  Utilizing his business development and sales and marketing experience, he is now engaged in developing a platform to market internet based audio and visual telecommunications products with social networking and business applications, globally.

Technology

Thomas J. Borkowski, Audio Engineering consultant to bVisual relating to VoIP.  Tom has over 40 years of experience in hardware and software design.  Related experience includes data communication, networking, and sound.  Co-founded Computer Pathways, Inc/Grapevine LAN Products, Inc, 1984 – 1996, co-founded Attachmate, 1983 – 1984, Proctor & associates, 1981 – 1983, Pacer Corporation, 1980 – 1981, Teletone, 1979 – 1980, Boeing Aerospace, 1969 – 1979, US Navy, 1963-1967.  Tom has a BSEE degree (Electronics), an MA (Computer Science) and an MSEE (Digital Systems and Controls).

Paul Bonneau, Software Design Engineer, specializes in graphical user interfaces.  Paul received his Bachelor of Mathematics majoring in Computer Science and minoring in combinatorics and optimization from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Canada.  Paul has over 20 years experience in computer engineering including twelve plus years for Microsoft directly or contracting.  He is fluent in several code languages including C# and C++.  He has designed and implemented several custom user interfaces as well as contributing to several other well known Microsoft applications.  He also has strong experience in debugging of software engines.  In 1994, Paul was awarded a patent relevant to Creative Writer, a children’s word processor and in 1996, he received patent related to Picture It!, a consumer photo editing package.  His expertise and attitude have made him a valuable contributor to bVisual®.

Ricky Foster, Database Administrator, brings a wealth of experience in database development to bVisual.  Ricky received his Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science from Oakwood College in Hunstville, Alabama.  Ricky has developed and maintained databases in a variety of languages (PL/SQL, JavaScript, Cobol and Pascal among them), over different operating systems (UNIX, Windows, LYNX and others), using various databases (Oracle, Microsoft, MySQL, etc.) in his career.  His excellent skills and strong communication abilities have been a valuable asset in integrating information enabling end users to set up their profiles for use and payment of the product while providing for online authentication.
